Noe Montez is Associate Professor and Chair of the Department of Theatre, Dance, and Performance Studies at Tufts University. Noe is the author of Memory, Transitional Justice, and Theatre in Postdictatorship Argentina, as well as the translated works of Argentine playwright Santiago Loza titled, Nothing to do with Love and Other Plays. Dr. Montez is currently writing a book about Black activism in contemporary American sports and co-editing the Routledge Companion to Latinx Theatre and Performance. He is also the author of numerous other reviews, articles and essays in a wide variety of publications. Noe serves as Editor of Theatre Topics, ATHE VP for Professional Development, and as the chair of ASTR's New Paradigms in Graduate Education Committee.
